• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, username, password, and optionally, your ministry name, profile picture, or biography.
• User-Generated Content: We host the videos, audio files, stream feeds, comments, posts, and images that you choose to upload to the Platform.
• Bulk Network Contact Uploads: If you use our Bulk Invite tool to invite your congregation, followers, or fans, you may upload email address lists. We process these emails solely to generate and send your network invitations. We do not store, rent, or sell these email lists for any other purpose.
• Payment and Donation Information: If you utilize our direct monetization features, payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal). ChristTube does not store your credit card or bank account details on our servers.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: We may collect basic information about how you interact with the Platform, such as pages viewed, features accessed, and watch history (used strictly to help you resume videos or to recommend spiritually relevant content).
• Device & Connection Information: We collect basic diagnostic data, such as IP addresses, device types, browser types, and operating system details, to ensure platform security, prevent fraudulent bot activity, and optimize video delivery.
• Cookies & Tracking Technologies: We use minimal, essential cookies to keep you securely logged into your account and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for targeted behavioral advertising.

• Operating & Improving the Platform: To host your media, process transactions, and maintain server health.
• Facilitating Community Connections: To display your profile, broadcast your content, and allow you to share your profile QR code instantly to external platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and WhatsApp.
• Sending Invites: To deliver email invitations to the contacts you upload via our bulk invite tool.

• Your Subscriber List is Yours: The relationships, followers, and private network circles you build on ChristTube belong to you. We will never lock your subscriber list or prevent you from accessing the contact directories of the private network you cultivate.
• No Selling of Data: We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal data, watch history, or uploaded contact lists with third-party advertisers, brokers, or secular corporations.
• Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account at any time. When you choose to delete your account, your profile, personal details, and uploaded media will be permanently purged from our active systems, subject only to legally mandated backup retention policies.

We only share your information in the following limited, transparent circumstances:

• With Your Consent: We may share information when you explicitly direct us to do so (for example, when you link your account to a third-party payment processor to collect donations).
